The Holding company for construction and development and its subsidiaries are shareholders in a number of joint venture companies subject to Law No.159 of year 1981, Law No.43 of year 1974 and its amendments (Law No.8 of year 1997).

Subsidiaries of the Holding company also invest in several joint venture companies as a part of their investment strategy to generate additional sources of revenue.

Through their representatives on the board of these companies, the Holding company and its subsidiaries monitor their operational performance and financial status through quarterly and annual financial reports.
