The project is built on an area of 4800 meters and has a building consisting of three floors basement , ground and first floor on an area of 950 m 2. The project consists of the basement which is used as car park and the ground floor has a wedding hall capacity of a hundred people, an Information Service hall, cafeteria and summer cinema. The first floor includes administrative offices, a reception gymnasium, a health club and a sauna, nine for 6 people and the building is surrounded with open playground , children playground of artificial grass and children pool and a fountain in the form of eight at the main entrance and green spaces .
