Gravity Networks : * V.C. pipelines of 7" : 48" dia. and 51.635 km total length. Pump Stations : * Main pump station no.1 of 200 L/sec discharge. * Relift pump station No. 2 of 50 L/sec discharge. * Pump station of treated wastewater. Pressurised Pipelines : * P.R.C pipelines of 1000 mm dia. & 14 km total length and 12 bar working pressure . * G.R.P pipeline of 430 mm dia & 2.2 km length and 8 bar working pressure . * D.I. Pipelines of 700 mm dia., 2.7 km long * new wastewater networks in villages ( el haragya - al hamraa- al gafafra - al makrbya ) - 1 pump statiom + pressurized pipelines + networks Crossings : Trenchless Excavation Type * Trenchless Excavation type for under EL - Kalabia canal bed level culvert by Hydrulic Pushing ( Mini Tunnel ) steel. pipeline of 2250 mm dia. and 105 m length to pass force main Steel pipeline of 1000 mm dia. * Trenchless Excavation type for under Cairo - Aswan railway level culvert by Mini Tunnel R.C. pipeline of 2250 mm dia. and 64 m length to pass D.I pipe line of 900 mm dia. * 3Trenchless Excavation type for under canals &drains culvert by Mini Tunnel R.C. pipeline of 2250 mm dia. and 126 m length to pass D.I pipe line of 1000 mm dia. * One crossing under EL-Sukar tunnel to pass pressurised pipeline 900 mm dia. Length 16 m - crossings for al ataneb region to pass pressurized pipelines dia 900 mm with length 80 m *gravity network crossings : open cut excavation : - el gamalya canal crossings to pass vc pipelines dia 750 mm length 24.5 m - hegaz canal crossing to pass DI pipelines dia 1000 mm & length 49 m Open Cut Excavation Type * Three Syphon crossings to pass Pressurised Pipeline type of 1000 mm dia D.I. pipelines with 40 m length. WastewaterTreatment Plant : * Oxidation ponds of 18000 m3/day capacity to be increased to 47000 m3/day in third phase.
